I know I can get the answers I need here. We have ressies at Chef Mickey's at 7 am. We are staying off site so just wanted to make sure that we can park at the contemporary or do we have to park at MK and take the monorail. Is it even running at that time?

Thanks for all your help.

You can park at the resort. They usually ask at the gate for your name. Just tell them you have an adr and they will give you a 3 hr pass for your windshield.

Yep, they'll just look you up on the ADR list so make sure you have one (as you said you do :) ... just saying in case anyone else reads ). Last time we were there, a family tried to be first in line to see if they could be walk-ins. No go. Luckily for us, our son got to "Open Chef Mickey's" that evening since we were next. What a GREAT memory that was! :lovestruc
And as was said, the pass is only good for a few hours so don't plan on parking there and going elsewhere on the monorail or walking to MK. You'll not have time.

If you DO plan on going to MK after breakfast, it's more time effective to park in the MK parking lot and take the monorail to CR for breakfast. Then either walk to take the monorail (walking is faster) from CR to MK after breakfast. You will get in the park a lot sooner than if you have to move your car after breakfast. The resort monorail should be running at that time. If they won't let you through at the TTC turnstiles, you can walk to Poly and catch the resort monorail from there. Make sure you have your ADR confirmation # handy, in case you need to show it.

Totally agree with this. If you want to go to Magic Kingdom after your breakfast. If you don't, then you can easily park at the Contemporary for up to three hours around your reservation time.
