Is is necessary to make an ADR for breakfast (not a character breakfast). I'm thinking of Kona Cafe.

Kona is pretty popular for breakfast. As long as you don't mind waiting for a table (20 minutes?) I don't think an AR is necessary. If the Poly is booked solid (like December) you might want to make one the day before just to be on the safe side!

I forgot to mention, if it is raining that morning it'll be mobbed in there with people waiting for the rain to clear before heading to the parks. We were there in March and it was raining and the second floor of the GCH was wall to wall people waiting for a table at either 'Ohana or Kona. It was a madhouse!

I would make a reservation for breakfast there....it does fill up and it can be quite a wait.
