Im sure most of my facebook friends have already seen this but i wanted to vent and ask a question.
We disturbed someone in the early hours of this morning in our house, we woke to the dog barking and fussing came downstairs to the door open and things in the street and piled in our dining room, my husbands laptop bag was found at the end of the road, bits are missing like jewlery( my precious pandora!) phone i phone i pod camera , some left over Euros etc, all very scary, feel terrible someone was in our home, police attended last night and this morning, think they was looking for the car keys for my husbands Jaguar, theres been a few spates of this lately round our area.
My daughter had a friend over on a sleepover her mum is a tad strange ....and im unsure what to say to her, i have to say something as shell find out anyway but am worried how she will be, ob theres nothing i could have done...shes due to collect her tonight, should i ring her and let her know whats gone on...? or wait and tell her later.
Its a bit of a strange one as i know its not my fault but still fell responsible that she was here, the thought doesnt bear thinking about what if the children had disturbed them?
Advice please
