Bread baking help!! I need help ASAP!!

I'm baking baquettes and the recipe says to refrigerate the dough overnight. I'm really really impatient...will 2 or 3 or 4 hours suffice?

I would follow the instructions to the letter -- Overnight means overnight, more than 2-4 hours.

ok, so i made the recipe according to the directions :rolleyes:

and the bread came out AMAZING!! I can not tell you how good it is (or was, cause theres none left!). Wow!! I amazed myself!! :eek:

I'll post the recipe if anyone would like it.
