To celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday, we are going to take a group of her friends to Branson, MO. I have been there before but it's been many years and I was just a kid.

I am looking for recommendations on who to rent a cabin or some sort of room from. I'd rather stay away from a hotel just because I think it would be more fun for the kids to have their "own" place (yes, I will be with them!). Also, since it is a co-ed group, I need at least 2 bedrooms.

A kitchenette would be a nice bonus but not a neccesity although a fridge would be great.

As far as things to do I'm thinking: Silver Dollar City, White Water, Dixie Stampede, and Ride the Ducks. Any other suggestions or thoughts on these?

I'm thinking we will stay 3 nights (Friday-Monday). Saturday will be a dance competition that my daughter is in so that will take up half of the day (hopefully morning but we're not sure yet).

Thanks for any suggestions/recommendations!

We stay at Wyndham Branson Meadows or Wyndham Mt Vista. Both you can find on ebay for next to nothing. It's off the main drag but close to all the colored routes for easy access to everything. If you get a 2-3 bedroom the master is separate from the other rooms so there is some privacy. There are quite a few indoor and outdoor pools and activities buildings with arcade type games, pool table, air hockey etc. It has a fully equipped kitchen.

Take the girls to Branson Landing. It's a beautiful outdoor mall with tons of shops and a gorgeous outdoor fountain that dances to music with lights and fire at night.

Here's our mini report:
