Correct, its not mandatory.

What's is mandatory is the 10% tip at the Pepper Market. You can avoid the tip by getting your food to go and eating at one of the many outdoor tables, or using one of the other eateries.

buzz, is the 10% tip also mandatory with the dining plan???

I'd also like to say thank you for all the time you put into your CSR page, thats the reason we decided to give CSR a try this year!

I've booked a 7 nights trip to disney world (plane ticket, hotel, and 7 days base ticket to the disney theme parcs) for 912$ by person including taxes. According to you is it a good price?
I'm leaving of february 5th and will be staying at the Coronado.

We're a group of 4 and of course would love to have a renovated room. What is the best way to act for it? And the best section to ask for? I'd like to wrote down a email but i don't see any email adress for that resort...

Also, we're going to go to Universal studio, and i was wondering if it's easy and short to go by bus from the coronado?

That's a very good rate for everything included.

There is no guarantee that you will get a new room but make sure your room requests are on your reservation. You'll have to call if you booked yourself or have you travel agaent add the request for you. Casita 1, 2 and 3 upper floors are complete as is cabana 9a and 9b.

Yes, it is my understanding of the DDP that the 10% is included.

Here are some long anticipated pics of business club level lounge at CSR. Again, this lounge will not be available to leisure guests at this time. The opening of the club level rooms is still on hold.

Hey Buzz , thanks so much for posting the Club lounge pictures. I had been dying to see them! Too bad that the Club rooms are on hold, they look so great, but maybe they will open up in the future and we will get to go back to check them out! Enjoy your upcoming trip in February. Thanks, Buzz! so sads that we regular will not have access to Club Level rooms as such...maybe in the future...although I'd almost bet that reg guests would book CSR CL so fast that none woulkd be left for conventioneers!!!

I just changed our reservation to CSR from POR. CSR was my 1st choice but was booked. They had a recent cancellation. I am so excited. The rooms look so nice.

Yes, that is what all rooms will look like after the rehab.

All the rooms look like this. The difference is that the regular rooms do not have DVD players or the robes.

Do I understand this correctly: All of building 9B in the Cabanas is going to be used for club level rooms? There will no longer be any waterview/standard rooms in that building? Just want to check before calling and putting in my building requests - thank you!

It's my understanding that these plans were put on hold indefinitely. We put in a request for 9B for October and it was taken without any questions.

Renovations are to be complete by October 09. Have not had a recent update, but we know they are done with Cabanas 9B, 4th floor of Casitas 1, 2 and 3 and that they are working on Cabanas 9A and perhaps Cabanas 8B.

Club Level is "on hold indefinitely" as they work out some kinks. So as of now, you can request Cabanas 9B. However, by the time you and I are going in September, Club Level may be up and running.

Whoa!!! Buzz, those pictures of the new rooms may be the deciding factor for us to upgrade to CSR. Those pictures of the rooms....are those the basic rooms now? Wow!

I asked our children this morning if they could stay at either Pop or CSR for the same amount of time, which they would choose. They both said CSR. The main reason we booked Pop was because DD really wanted to stay there....but now even she says she would miss the Jaquar slide at CSR! I think we may have to step up to the plate and upgrade. I'll keep you all posted.

Correct, cabana 9b is now available AS LONG AS no company books the entire building for a convention in order to use the business club lounge.

Comparing the picture of the new room with my picture of the old rooms from September it does look as if the carpet is new--a different color, but similar pattern
