ok I go to a boarding high school and i am a freshman there. The frechman trip is on Sunday at 8 we leave for Lake Placid. and we will be there on Valentines Day. So i was talking to my giy friend Sam(who i also happen to like at the moment) and i was like well ive never had a valentine before,nad i hinks cuz of a "curse" like cuz my dad died the day before Valentines day and he never wanted me to date till i was 30 so i thought that he wouldnt "let" me have a Valentine on Valentines day. so i was telling him this and hes like ok whats ur favorite color out of red and white and i said red why? and he was like cuz im going to get u a red rose for Valentines day. And at the time i thought it was realy sweet. So today, i get a red rose(cuz we leave tomorrow and it would kinda be imposible for him to get a rose on the trip but idk) from Sam, But Sam didnt give it to me he had to have someone else do it for him. He gave it to this kid Willy and he didnt want to give it to me cuz he didnt want people to think that he liked me so he made my friend Danielle give it to me. So yea i got the rose from sam but its weird cuz HE didnt give it to me. and i told him before that he idnt have t get me a rose but he said he wanted to and i was like um ok.
but is it weird that he didnt give the rose to me himself? and why didnt give me thhee rose himslef??? im so confused PLEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAASE HELP!!!!

Hey,
I'm a freshman too and I personally can't stand V-Day. I think the guy is being really immature if he told you he was going to get you the flower it should have been him who gave you the flower. It seems like thats something that you would do in like 6th grade. I don't know, freshmen guys are really slow on some things you have to explain things in great detail to them!

Don't let it bug you though just someone to chicken to do it.

I think that maybe the guy likes u and he was afraid 2 give you the rose cause he didn't want u to kno. But that's jus my point of view and my friends tell me I'm a romantic so IDK.

well i just found out that he gave my friend a rose too but in person after their math class together but she has a boyfriend so im still really confused
