Boy Names for Corey/Julie

Well, Julie and Corey could let their child grow up and let the child pick his own name. Of course, what do you call the child until he is old enough to pick his name.

I like...

Benjamin Robert Martin
Samuel Corey Martin

... had to throw in my two cents or in this case two names.

I am actually excited that Julie is keeping the name a secret. It allows for more suspense and now the DIS has a new topic to discuss..... until January. :cool1:

I've not seen either Major or Morgan mentioned. Major Martin would be a cool football name. :goodvibes

Corey and Julie. I have some Biblical names for your baby Like. Luke, John, Isaiah, Matthew, adam, Andrew,Noah,Thomas, or Paul. Just a few suggestions for you.:thumbsup2

I think boy names are hard to come up with. My sister is pregnant with a girl, and is naming her Miley, not after Hannah, she just likes the name. I think that it's also hard to share your baby name, because SOMEONE is bound to not like it. I've done a good job with Miley hiding my feelings.

Agreed, we did had a big party the day after we found out we were having our first to reveal the sex and names and it was a disaster. My mom and dad liked the names but my MIL was furious beyond words that we were not naming our son the same name DH shares with his dad, GF, and GGF! Then she was mad b/c we chose to use my gf middle name. She left bawling and I ended up in my room bawling and we were given the cold shoulder for a month. She never stopped trying to convince us to change our minds, and was still trying after his birth! I was so happy to finally make it official on the birth certificate so i could tell her it was done! The kicker is I told my DH from day 1 he could name the baby after him if that was his desire and he said no way! He did not want IV running around!

My funniest name I've ever heard was the year we got a Christmas card from Mr. Hair. He was a school teacher and went to school with my step father. Richard (who used the common nickname WHY?????) and his wife had three boys. Let's hope there was no Dickie Jr.

My middle school principals name was FLO HARE, :rotfl:

First I have to say, this is a hilarious thread! I have enjoyed reading it.

Calypso, you are right Corey and I had a boy's name picked out almost as soon as we knew we were expecting. However, we are keeping it a secret until he is born. Not even our parents or closest friends know what he will be called and it is driving some of them absolutely nuts! Oh, how I love to torture people!

Good for you! If someone does not like the name they will forget about it when they meet him and fall in love!

My baby factory is closed but i have some names left over. Landon or Darby. Darby is a name of a Disney channel character but i had it picked out way long ago! LOL!

Well... it was torturing your sis-in-law, but I'm OK with it now! I can't wait to be an Aunt! =):cheer2:

I really like that name too!:lovestruc

I'd have to vote for two names: Steve (Stephen) and Gavin. Collin would come in as a close third.

Julie, You're so smart to keep the name a secret. The input from family and friends can be down right rude if you name names prior to the baby's birth lol....

Here are my suggestions...I'm very new to the group so I don't really have any funny ones....sorry guys!

Just remember...no matter how much trouble they give in you from the start, it's totally worth it-even on the days their name is a curse word! :goodvibes

My babies are

Corbin Daniel (Corbin I just liked and Daniel after his daddy since they share a birthday!!!)

(Sorry-I wasn't nearly as technologically advanced when we had him!) :rotfl:

Our second son is Carter Gavin (just because I liked the names!!) :rotfl: In case something was wrong, Carter would have turned into Carliegh.

Couldn't have asked for a happier family (most of the time!):

We had to share our second son's name prior to having him as DH's grandmother was turning 80 and the family's names were being embroidered onto a blanket. I teased them the entire time that we could pull out the stiching and change it to Carliegh very easily. The ultrasound was right though, we had ourselves a Carter.

Now to fufill his grandmother's continuing request to give her a great granddaughter....:sad2:

Also, I must say, I've found some great ideas on here too. We're considering adopting a baby that's due around Christmas time and needed some suggestions.

Have a happy and healthy pregnancy!!

Don't worry Anna! You are not the only one being tortured! The only thing I can say is I think you'll love it!

Yeah, I have to agree with you. Corey and I also like having something that only the two of us know!

LOL, I know I will! I would never doubt you and Corey! I love you guys and the support y'all have on here is AMAZING! :grouphug:

My three sons names are: Ethan David, Lucas Alexander and Cole Austin..feel free to use any of them, I think they are all great names...but then again, I'm a little biased, I suppose!! Have fun!:goodvibes

I'll just throw out my boys' names for fun.

Oliver (I love Laurel and Hardy)

Max (He is the Maximum capacity of our family, and his father wouldn't let me name him Stanley)

I loved naming my kids. Its the coolest power to have. Just remember you can use your power for good or evil. My father found that out the hard way, his name was Finley Elvin. He called himself James.

Good luck!
