Box office at Disney Springs/DtD?

Can I buy an annual pass at Disney Springs/DtD? Or do I have to go to a theme park?

I believe you can buy APs at the Disney Springs Guest Relations office.

Yes, absolutely. And there are two Guest Relations locations at Disney Springs.

You can, just keep in mind that the pass will be valid from the day you buy it at DtD and not the first time you use it to enter the parks. So you pay for a day where you may or may not even go into the parks.
