Bourbon Steak @ WDW Dolphin opens early

Just a reminder for those who may not have eaten at Swan and Dolphin restaurants - usually the restaurants there can't charge to Magic Band, so make sure you have an alternate method to pay. Not that it's that big of a deal, but I often go to the parks without a wallet or credit cards since everything can be charged to the band and I had forgotten that once when popping over to Rosa Mexicano for dinner. Thankfully, I had ApplePay set up and they were able to take that, otherwise I'd have to leave them with my watch or be escorted back to my resort to grab my wallet. And I'm a Disney regular - I go 4-5 trips a year and am DVC and AP. I even knew about Swan & Dolphin not taking the band, but it just slipped my mind that day.

We spent NYE at Bourbon Steak in Nashville this year and the food was AMAZING. I’m really looking forward to trying this iteration.

Booked this over Shiki-sai and flying fish for a Friday night during eat to the beat. Would love to hear some reviews once people start dining! On one hand steering clear of Epcot on a Friday night may be smart, and on another, I’ve read such good things about FF lately! But this menu sounds pretty tasty, too!

Good reminder! Swolphin restaurants can never charge to a Disney account. The payment systems are not connected.

I look forward to trying this. Right now, my go-to steak place is Bull & Bear at the Waldorf Astoria. Will this measure up?
I'll finally be trying this place in a few days. Reading mixed reviews so keeping my fingers crossed. 🤞

We went last Friday night. Had a wonderful time!! And my boyfriend is picky about steakhouses. I was worried it was going to take too long even with our 6pm reservation, but things were moving well. We had two servers paying attention to us in a duel effort, both worked at shulas and were really happy with the new restaurant from what they shared.

We enjoyed the food for sure. The crab cake was just ok, too much sauce, but we just shared it so we would have a bite before our steaks and sides. The mushrooms and asparagus were delicious; both of our steaks (he had one of the special cuts, I did the filet) were cooked how we liked and seasoned well. The potato purée was decadent, wish I had gone with the baked potato instead but was happy nonetheless. If we weren’t heading into Epcot for our last hurrah I would’ve taken them for my late night snack. I was saving myself for Les Halles, I’ve never the seen the line so long the entire week we were there so I only ever got frosé. My secret spot no longer a secret. Same with the champagne shop. Only took a few years lol.

I would definitely go back, and maybe go 530, just to give me more time for champagne in Epcot after!
