I took mine to Staples and they printed it in minutes. (Much better than my old color printer would have and it conly cost about $7 to print and bind.)

It took me all morning to catch up on the boards...maybe I need to stop packing to catch up

That was my last trip to Target before we leave, I swear!!!!

Two more loads of wash and I can finish packing.

Taxes are done and signed not my DH just has to mail them off on tax day.

I purchased a plastic shoe tree (will cut it down) and lots of stickers etc and let this be the kid project on the plane ride for our FE hanger.

I iron everyday so it's going to be kind of a drag to have to go to the laundry room for an iron. Oh well.

I asked DH if I should call him when we get to the ship...his answer was I could try but he will be on the golf course. I said ok I'll call you on Sunday when we get to CC, oh...well I might be having some of the guys over to watch the masters. Maybe after a week or so he'll miss us...

If I didn't say it enough before thank you to everyone for all of your planning and fun "disboard" stuff. You all ROCK!

I work from home this morning from 7 until 10 and am now at work...hmmmm perhaps should have checked the DIS from home not waited until I got to work

I'm almost done working for the week also though I'm out of here at noon tomorrow then it's off to get my nails done and go to the bank and then I'd heading out of town tomorrow night to stay closer to the airport.

I was able to stay home yesterday to work on my FE's. Just about half done. A friend came over and helped a bit. She also helped me make final decisions on clothing. Sorry people, but I have 4 or 5 day outfits and 4 or 5 dinner outfits (plus formal and semi-formal). Just gonna have to deal with seeing the same outfits a couple of times.

I nearly have everything in place at work for my absence. \

Now to remember to print out DCL docs, Palo confirmation, mini-navigator and if I have time new magnets for my door. Ugh, I'm tired just thinking about it.

Earl of Sandwich - my fav is the All American...turkey w/ cranberries and ranch? sounds weird but it's delicious!! Ooooh I want one right now

Packing - So my big bag is completely packed and I weighed in at around 37 pounds so I'm very happy w/ that. Now I need to pack my carryon and pack my dog's things for his stay at the pet resort. Husband is 100% packed. Soooo glad to be getting this out of the way today so tomorrow can be low stress.

New Thread - It looks like we will *just* need a new thread before we leave. IMO we should just link to the first pages of this thread (w/ all the good info) in the new thread...no use doing all that thread-prep work when we're leaving in a few days.

I was able to conf call in for my meeting (and packed in the process). I think they are giving me a break and being nice to me this year (placement committee) since I have been fundraising chair for 2 years and next year I will be on the board.
Do you have a holiday market in Dec? We found we weren't getting enough donations for it so just moved to doing really big fundraiser with big donations and make a ton of money with the same amount of work. Happy to share some JL ideas while we are away together.

We do a holiday market in Nov right before Thanksgiving. I'm always up for comparing fundraising notes!! Looking forward to meeting you on the ship

How did you pack for two weeks and only have a bag at 37 lbs? My kids clothes are in one bag weighing in at 47 lbs, since I am using a regular bathroom scale and sure it's heaver than the airlines one I need to take a few things out and put it into mine....

Dishy24, see post #1437 on page 98. My husband also really wants to see a bullfight. There is one in Seville the day we are in Cadiz. PM him at DisneyConvert to see about setting something up. He only wants to go if he can find a group (even if small) to go with him. He's looked into logistics, including meeting up with us in Gibraltar the next day if the trains don't work out. <g>

For anyone who has taken a taxi or prearranged car transfer from the ship to the Barcelona airport.... Where did they drop you off? The DCL coach drops guests off in a "central location" which may not be in the correct terminal. This happened to us in 2007 and was a major issue since my mom has mobility issues.

We are still trying to staighten this out. Apparently, limo services also have to go to "specified central areas" and thus, like the coaches, will not necessarily drop passengers off at the correct terminal. DCL says taxis can go "closer" but we can't tell if we can be dropped off at our actual terminal or, even better, by our airline.

Any info would be greatly appreciated, and thanks to everyone who PMd about the transfers!
