Bounceback?

Are covid bouncebacks a thing? We leave in 13 days and I am fully prepared to book our 2021 trip with a bounceback if their offered. I've never done one before so my question is this, say I book with All Star Movies because that's what's open and come mid 2021 All Star Sports opens up and we wanna switch, does that offer come with us? Or would it follow us to a different resort? thanks!
