Bounceback via Email?

Stayed at CR last week - just received an email bounceback offer good for May 1-26 2016 - which is the same period we last visited for more than 2 nights (May 2015).

Doesn't give % price reduction, just "value from $147, moderate from $202, deluxe from 4351" - not that great, FL resident Spring offer prices much better.

First time I've ever gotten a bounceback via email - others receiving these?

Did it say bounceback in the email? This is the first I've seen of it. Wonder if it's new.

The email didn't use the word "bounceback" - "Here’s a great way to experience the magic again!" and "We hope you had a magical time during your recent Walt Disney World Resort stay! You already know May is a great time to visit." (May 2015 we had a 5 day stay)

Don't know what else you would call it OTHER than a bounceback - a "hey, we know you're a frequent guest that just stayed in one of our resorts so here's an offer you won't see on our website" offer just seems too long a term to use :)

I got one for August. Since dh and I have been teachers we usually went at the end of Aug since we didn't have to go back till after Labor Day. I thought it was pretty funny since we just got back a few weeks ago.

I got this email, too. We went in May last year and booked around this time, and the email specifically referenced coming back to "experience the Magic" this May. It had the same prices, which are frankly not great. We are going in April and paying about $100 per night for a value resort, and we paid around $150 per night in a moderate last May.

I thought it might be a PIN, but there was no code, and the rates were pretty high.

Agreed - if it's a PIN it's not a very good one - I expect there will be FL resident discount available for that time period with much better rates.

I got this email too but there was no PIN code and it listed rack rates. No thanks.
