Bounceback question

We have a bounceback deal booked for next August. I recall there being a time where you could use a particular code for up to 3 rooms or families. Not sure if I am completely coming ou left field or if that was indeed possible, and if so, would my code apply for 2 other rooms? Hope this makes sense.

Not quite sure what you are asking.

Are you asking if your bounceback code is good for 2 additional rooms? I'm pretty sure the answer to that is No, but it wouldn't hurt to ask Reservations if it is possible. The worst they can do is say No, and if you don't try, the answer is surely No.

Are you asking if another room code that you received could be used for 2 rooms other than the one you are in, since you are using a bounceback code? I don't know the answer to this, but I'd bet the CM on the reservation line could help figure it out. If it is a code specifically for you, you would probably have to rent the first room in your name, and have the second room be in the name of another member of your party. It would end up that you have your bounceback room, and room #1 on your code, and then someone else would have room #3.

But actually, I'm not entirely sure I got your question right!

You can book more than one room with a BB deal but almost positive you would have had to do so when you first booked it - not sure they'll let you add any additional rooms now.

Also, I thought the number of rooms allowed was based on the adults that were in the original reservation as they had to be the lead guest. As an example: last year we took advantage of a BB deal for this year, at that time there were two adults in the room, me and DH. I could have booked two rooms one in my name and one in DH's - that I know for sure but not sure I would have been able to book any others. Hopefully someone who has experience booking more than 1 room on a BB deal can chime in (we've only ever booked one room).

BB rooms must to be booked during your onsite stay.

We have booked multiple BB rooms and they had to be 1) put in different names for each reservation 2) for a valid onsite guest of our party (not someone at home).

However, you are allowed to switch to a room or another resort that accommodates a larger party and keep your promotion (I've had to do that, too), but only upon availability, of course...

Okay, I managed to change the lead on my bounce back. But is there anyway to remove the "qualifying" guest from the ressie and move to my reservation. My husband is now booked into my sister's room.
