We were at WDW during the first week of December last year. The BB was a room discount available for all of 2015 with some blacked out dates.

This year Bouncebacks were available 8/17 thru 10/4 and then again 10/17 thru 11/6

I really would like to go more than once next year and have never really looked at the BB offers. If I go in Feb 2015, will there be an offer for a resort discount for 1st week of Dec 2015? I assume BB means the same resort? Or, would I be able to switch?

You can choose any resort that's included in the offer. Some checking old threads may turn up what offer might be available when you are there. I was there the last week in May and booked my December BB then. There are black out dates, we are going Dec 11, but I think the week before was not available. I can't remember the exact dates, but they are in old threads somewhere. Try Google.
