We are planning a trip in April for 8 days (to plan our Disney wedding:banana:) We know we will be going back in December (for our wedding:bride:) but was wondering about these "bounceback" offers I hear about:confused:... Do they make these offers while you're there? After you come back? Should I wait to go in April before booking our December trip? Thanks in advance:goodvibes

Congrats on your upcoming wedding.
Bounceback offers are only good while you are still at your resort hotel. They usually only have 1 going at a time and now it is for free dining next fall. In April they will probably have a % off the room deal as the bouncebeck, that is usually the spring offer. The % will vary based on resort class. I am staying next month on this past springs bounceback of 30% off.
You will have a flyer in your room and the code will be on the flyer, you will need to call while you are still a guest at a WDW resort. They will ask you for your reservation number for your current stay and validate you are eligible based on that criteria. If you don't have the flyer in your room, which happens, then ask the front desk or hop on the boards someone usually posts it for a FYI purposes.

Thanks! Would the spring bounceback while we're there possibly be good for December? If I've already made the December reservation will they credit this offer to my account if I call while I'm there or should I wait to make the reservation?

You should make you reservation now and you should be able to get a offer whether it is bounceback or a general public offer you can switch it to before then and get the best offer you can. A few years ago when I was there in early May the bounceback at the time worked for December, so there is a big possibility.

Congrats on your upcoming wedding!!!! My wife and I got married at Sunset Pointe on 10/29/02. We had Rev. Jack Day as our officiant and had rehersal dinner at O'Hana's. We had High tea after wedding and had reception dinner at the old Contemporary Steakhouse.

Good LUCK and you'll love the wedding site.

Thank you!:goodvibes I love hearing of other couples that have gotten married at Sunset Pointe- congrats, your wedding sounds like it was magical! I'm glad to hear you had a good experience, not too many brides use the site due to all the limitations but I haven't heard a bad experience yet- I think it's just gorgeous there:love: We haven't looked too far into officiants but Rev. Jack Day is definately one I'll be looking into:thumbsup2

Just returned from Pop, and booked Bounceback (free dining) for next Aug. Never received the flyer in room (same thing happened last year) but simply asked for one at check-in desk. Asked first at concierge, but they had no idea what I was talking about. Requires a $200 deposit (refundable until 45 days before resv) before you check out. Still have the ability to modify if a better offer comes along.
