Has anyone returned recently from Pop, or is currently there? If so, was there a bounce back offer on your bed or nightstand when you first got to your room?
We had one last year with free dining so we took the offer and we will be going down in 24 days!!

Cant wait for the first beer at Petals!!!

I know that the bounceback offer is being offered again because I just returned from Coronado Springs tonight and I happen to read the flyer sitting out at the Rix Lounge. I guess someone left it behind.
I did not get one in our room though.:confused3

Are you speaking of the FREE DINING bounceback? There is always some sort of BB going on be it FD, 30% off, whatever... but you can always ask for one at the front desk if it's not left in your room.

Tiffany D posted a copy of this years Free Dining BB flyer. It's for dates 8/15-9/30/10, and since you booked last year you'll see it's the same "have to book before check out" as last year, same "have to deposit $200" as last year. The FD BB flyer shows Mods and Deluxe resorts as examples, but other DISer's have posted they were able to get Values. If you don't have the flyer in your room call extension 8844 from your resort room and ask for code KIL to book.

No scanner... best I can do

2010 Bounceback Package Offer
This offer is available ONLY to guests who are currently staying at one of the official Walt Disney World resorts, and could end at any time.

Using a special phone number provided on a flyer provided in some resort rooms, you can book a vacation package (accommodations plus at least a 1-day Base Ticket) for stays on selected 2010 dates at a Walt Disney World resort and receive a FREE regular Dining Plan during your 2010 stay.

The dates currently being offered are 8/15/10-9/30/10. Not all resorts and room types will be available for all dates.

Reservation for your next vacation must be made before you check out (and on or before 10/24/09) to qualify, and there are no exceptions made. You must make a $200 deposit when booking.

If you don't get the offer on a flyer in your room, the resort TV channel may be showing this offer. You can also try asking the front desk and/or Housekeeping for a flyer.

And my DH agrees that beer tastes better at WDW!

We are in a Value resort, so maybe we wont be eligible, or maybe we will be eligible for the counter service only dining plan. :confused3

If you are a current WDW resort guest, you can get it even if you will be in a Value resort. If you want it and don't see the flyer, go ahead and call the extension 8844 Code KIL from your room so you don't miss out! The DISers who have booked it who were in Value resorts even said that they were getting the regular DDP (instead of the QS) with Values with the FD BB next year. Like these examples:

I have a friend down there now staying at Music. She called me to tell me it was the basic dining plan being offered for the values.

...and bounceback offer in the rooms now gives the regular DP at Value resorts for 2010

I saw on another thread that the values have offered the bounce back with the DDP. The same DDP as this year, not the CS only plan.

Yes, I just returned from ASMu on the free dining and was offered this:

5 nts/6 days for family of 4 (2 adults, 1 Jr, 1 child) with hotel, park tickets and dining
Value $1417
Moderate $1792

For most stays Sun-Thurs nights 8/15/10-9/30/10$200 deposit due on or before checkout , on or before Oct 24, 2009.

Disney advertising irks me, because they always show certain resorts/days/prices and then put a tiny little * to ask about other resorts or length of stays. I bet a lot of people think there is no other offer to choose from ;)

In order to Bounce Back, do you need to pickyour dates right then and there, before you check out...and do you need to choose hotel or can you just choose moderate for now???

You need to pick something (specific dates and specific hotel) while you are there, before check out and put a deposit on it.

I can't verify this personally, but other posters have said that they were able to modify later. I remember one poster said jokingly that she thought she changed her FD BB reservation 100 times

I don't know if they had to pay any $ to modify, but usually if you're changing to something that costs more, you don't get penalized, so if there's a chance you would ever want a Value resort I would book that first then go up from there. :)

If I book bounceback can I pay the deposit and add the details at a later time eg; amount of people etc?

We booked the offer when we were down earlier this month. We were told we could make changes or cancel with no charge up until the 45 day mark. After that we'd incur charges to make changes.

We booked this on Sunday and you have to give full names and ages of everyone in your party at the time of booking. She did say that we could modify up until the 45 day mark.

You can modify BB reservations up until the normal time limits of the packages. Last year in December I booked a resort only BB for this past August and I must have changed resorts and dates 5 or six times. I even ended up canceling it for FD!

The important thing is to get a trip on their books. Then you have plenty of time after you get home to mull it over and figure out if there is a better date/resort for you. And of course, you can just cancel it up until 45 days preceding.

I have never heard of the term bounceback offers.. can you tell me what they are?

If the BB FD ends on 9/30, can you book 9/28 and get the free DDP throughout your stay? I have a friend who asked me this recently and I wasn't sure.

Yes, as long as you check in on or before the last date it is offered.

We were just at CBR and had a bounceback in the form of a large pocket watch. It offered 30% value, 35% moderate, 40% deluxe and 45% villas. We booked for spring break! :woohoo:

Hmm, I stayed last August and didn't get a bounce back offer of any kind:(
