I wonder if I can just chat online instead of calling. I feel like calling takes forever with all the questions before you even get to someone. I’ll try chatting later and see what happens.Yes I received my updated confirmation email a couple of hours after modifying by phone. But I did have to link my new reservation to MDE and the app. It didn't show up like it usually does.At @jennab you may have to call again if you want the email confirmation. That did happen to me once and I had to call again. Like you I too like the email confirmation. The call again worked though.
Just an update on this. Chat couldn’t help and told me I had to call. I called and they resent the email, which I received about 30min later.I wonder if I can just chat online instead of calling. That’s weird as I could view the 2026 availability, but just couldn’t finish the booking.When I called yesterday to make my change from 2025 to 2026 the CM I spoke to said the code for the bounceback changed , that’s why it couldn’t be done online. Not sure if that’s true but it does make sense

At least we can see availability. Maybe once it’s switched to a 2026 BB, then it can be modified online? Am I understanding correctly, that to take advantage of a BB offer, I have to do so within 7 days of checking out? I checked out last friday, so I know I'm late trying to figure this out. And once I book something, I could potentially change it if it isn't the date I want?
Does anyone know if I stay one night in June- will there be a bounce back in the room and what the current dates are?
We had a bounce back -I made changes and lost it.
