Thanks. So seems people can book new online but modifications aren’t working yet.

I was honestly surprised I could do it. I’m still on property but we rented dvc points for this part of the stay, so I made a reminder to check during our midday break

If I can book it online and can book up to 3 rooms how do I do it? Or do I need to call for that? Every time I put in 5 adults 4 children it acts like I can’t stay in any values and I don’t see I drop down to select more rooms.

To book more than 1 room for a large group you have to call.

Same here. Not working online. I've called multiple times and when I'm transferred over to speak with a CM, I'm disconnected.

Same. It said to press 1 if I was a travel agent, then disconnected me. I tried twice. Ugh. Debating if I call back and say I’m a travel agent to get through or what!

After calling 7 to 8 times, finally was connected to a CM and she was able to change my bounceback dates to February 2026 at the Beach Club. About a $225 a night discount off of the rack rate!

So after getting disconnected twice after the TA question, I pressed 1 and then when it asked for the travel agent number I pressed zero. It told me to call a different number if I wasn’t a travel agent but I didn’t, I just stayed on hold. I explained to the woman who answered that I kept getting disconnected to got to the TA line in error and asked if she could help or transfer me to someone who could. She said she could help me! She was able to modify my reservation to 2026 dates!! I can see the changes already in MDE and I do still have the change button. I was a little worried that if they modified it I might lose the ability to later modify myself, but I didn’t.

I got through online. Cast member had the same availability i was seeing online. I wasn't able to check out online but the CM did it for me, so successfully moved my bb to march 2026. Even though I booked on the phone I can still see the modify reservation online option. Only standard pool view rooms at pop were available online and through the CM even though I was hoping for preferred. CM indicated these rooms might not be offered in the bb at the time but keep checking.

Keep trying online too. Maybe there’s just a delay for online changes.

Am I correct that for a 1 night stay using the BB discount, you have to add tickets to add the dining plan? I booked using the AP discount with the DP for 1 day before our Oct 2025 package and the room discount was almost exactly the same.

Hi everyone! I still could not modify myself at 7.30 AM, and was also getting the strange hang up response to calling. I called back at 7.35 AM and the call finally went through. I was able to switch both of our sets of dates. Hope this helps!

I saw the same thing for May at POP- was hoping for a standard room there. For 167 more than the pool room at POP I booked a standard at Coronado. We'll miss the skyliner but will love the hot tub, 3 Bridges, and slightly nicer room. That being said, I will keep checking for POP

I don’t think you need tickets to add the dining plan. I’m not 100% sure but the CM I spoke to asked if I wanted to add the dining plan to mine and I didn’t have tickets.

That’s called a ticketless package & you have to call to book those, except with an AP. For other discounts, it won’t let you add dining online without tickets.

I called and got my 3 rooms May 30-June 6 at All Star Movies! Preferred rooms at $1,297! The countdown can start again!
