It sounds like there are some technical difficulties and the new dates aren’t working yet.

They released it and they apparently had an issue, so I would wait until it gets resolved.

Those limited January dates - if they say 1/12-15, then a 1/16 *checkout* should be fine, right? Our planned check-in is 1/12, so that date works very well for us.

Yes, this refers to the nights that are discounted. This is a room-only offer so each night can be at a discount or rack rate. The nights of Jan 12, 13, 14 and 15 are discounted.

Our trip is planned for 1/6-1/12, so we're out of luck with these dates. Based on history I wasn't expecting it to work out, but I was still hoping.

We have a campsite stay this weekend. Do campsites get to benefit from the bounceback? The fine print in the attachment posted by the TA stated that the offer was available to guests of select Disney resorts. Wondering if that wording was always there and if we'll get to book the BB with our campsite stay. Anyone know?

Yes, that wording has always been there. Sorry, I’ve never stayed at a Campsite so can’t help with that.

Go to wdw online and try to book a room. When BB are available it will show as an option just like AP, or GP etc.

My trip in Dec and April it showed morning of my check-in until 7 days after check out. It should show for you this if eligible.

Book any value , even a single day and you can change dates, resorts and categories online. Don’t call!

I'm actually contemplating changing my reservation to a value room if my campsite doesn't qualify now. So I'm a little panicked that I need to reach out to them asap to make this change.
If there are any TAs reading this, can you provide any insight on whether or not campsites qualify for the BB? Thanks!

Not yet. I do have a placeholder I have been using to check. Last check about 30 mins ago.

Was that before Covid? Bounceback offers only retuned in July 2023, so under 2 years ago.

I booked a BB in 2023 for 2024. I think I may have also booked one in 2022 for 2023, but I don't recall. For sure 2023 for 2024 though

I wonder if people are mixing up BOOKING a campsite with the BB offer vs STAYING at a campsite and availing oneself of the BB offer. The former is explicitly excluded. Meaning that you can't book a campsite on the BB offer. But I have definitely booked a return stay at a deluxe using the BB offer after a week campsite stay. Could that be the confusion?
