Bounceback - Edit Reservation

I have a question about editing a bounceback reservation. Will Disney allow me to switch resorts and still keep my discount? I have a multi-room discount for November at Boardwalk and I think we want to try a different resort. Thanks for any advice you may have.

Yes, you can change resorts and keep the discount, provided the resort you want to switch to is available under the BB promo. If a regular reservation CM says it can't be done or they can't do it, ask to speak with Guest Services and they should be able to help you. Good luck .

I was wondering about that too! Thanks! We are booked for AKL, but we really wanted WL and dh thinks I should keep trying to see if any rooms opened up.

Many things at Disney depend on the rep yo are talking too. I tried to modify a bounceback offer I booked last September with free dining. I called yesterday to see if I could maintain the offer and switch hotels. The person on the phone did check with Guest Services. After several minutes on the phone returned and said they were unable to do that because that specific offer closed last October.
However, I know from past experience if I call back I might get a different answer.
In summary, it will have to go through Guest Services. However, if the answer is "no" try again later and you might get a different answer.

If you still have the BOUNCEBACK phone number you can call that number and they will EDIT with no problems as long as like others stated their is availability under that promo with the Resort you would like to switch too! I have done this before withe Free Dining Promos
