Bounceback Changes

We booked a bounceback offer last September for free dining. We booked two rooms at Port Orleans Riverside Resort. Well, a few people won't be able to go now, so I am wanting to drop one of the rooms and upgrade to a deluxe resort. I know I can drop one room easily, but does anyone know if I can change resorts and still get the bounceback offer?

Yes, IF there is still availability at the resort you want under the offer. Because the offer is expired, a regular cast member on the CRO line usually can't do it. If you call that number, the CM will probably either work thru guest services or transfer you to guest services. You can also call the bounceback number if you still have it. They should be able to see past offers & availability. It is always worth the call to find out. Good luck!

We did this. We had bb for AKL and moved to POR and Disney was able to accommodate. But as previous poster notes they need availability at the resort you are moving to. With all of the construction at CSR and CBR and the related reservation changes guests have been making your best bet is to call sooner than later to see what options are available. Good luck!

Yes, we've done it in the past. I think it's much easier to move from a mod to a deluxe. The mods are usually the first ones to sell out of Free Dining. Be prepared mentally to have a few options that you'll accept.
