bounceback and/or free dining?

I'm going in about 2 weeks and hope to book another trip for the fall or early winter. If I am offered and book the bounceback whlie I'm at WDW, can I change to the free dining if it is available during the dates I want to go? I think free dining would be a better deal for us than 30 percent off.

As long as you are 45 or more days out you can cancel the first ressie and just book another trip using the new promotion as available. To book the bounceback they will take a cc for your $200 deposit. You will do the same for the new trip and they'll refund the first deposit. There may be a matter of days that you will have both deposits out.

When I stayed at Pop on Feb 20th there was a room only discount bounceback in my room. I did not take advantage of the offer.

If you book a bounceback as a package and free dining comes out they can just modify your res without having to cancel or rebook. If you book the bounceback as a room only then yes you will have to cancel and rebook with a new deposit and get a refund on the old deposit
