we are going for free dining in sept..........if bounceback is offered, may I book two rooms, one for my family and one for my mom and dad?

in theory, yes.

You will need to search some of the threads, but I think if you want two rooms then you have to put one in your name and one in DH's name. They weren't offering Bounceback for 2009 when we went so we didn't take advantage of it (I am kicking myself for not checking into it!), but I think I have read on here that each person is allowed to make one room reservation before they check out. (Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.)
