Anyone there now see any bounce back offers and if so, what dates are they? We're not going until early November but thinking what's out there now will be out there then?

I just got back and it was free dining only and must be booked I believe I was for certain dates ending in may with many black out dates. I didn't read specifics since I was annoyed. lol

The 2016 room only bounce back should be available when you are there in early November. It probably won't be released until mid October so you have to wait awhile until you'll know what it includes.

The free dining bounce back for 2016 is supposed to expire October 31st, so that wouldn't be available for you.

The bounce back for free dining is offered for one week at the end of May - beginning of June (I can't remember the exact date, but it was one week only) and for the entire month of September - I booked for the last week of September 2016.

The May/June FD promo begins the day after Memorial Day, and runs through the following Sunday. I find that kind of strange, because that falls during one of the "special" weeks (Gay Week), but that simply tells me that their business is slow during that time.

We leave for the World tomorrow, and will be on the lookout for the bouncback offer.

Last year, the bounceback in November was a room discount, we booked it but it was blacked out for Thanksgiving week, so it wasn't a very good deal. The general public room discount that was released went into the Tuesday of Thanksgiving week, so it's not worth it to book the bounceback.

We just got back and booked the first week of September with free dining. Love the discount and now don't have to join the "OMG when is free dining being announced" crowd come springtime. No offense to those friends. :duck:

We are at the World right now. The BB offer is as follows, straight from the brochure....

Enjoy the FREE DISNEY DINING PLAN when you book a non-discounted Walt Disney Travel Company package that includes a room at select Disney Moderate, Deluxe, and Deluxe Villa Resorts and ticket with Park Hopper, or Water Prk Fun & More Option before you check out. (For arrivals most nights 5/31-6/7/16 and 8/26-10/1/16)

Just got back on Saturday the 26th and we never received a flyer in our room. :( Is there anyway I can call now and book? If so what is the number? Thanks.

I have head of people being able to book a bounce back once home on the same day they check out. I don't know if it will work, but all you can do is try. Here's the number

407-939-1923

And for the future, if you don't have a bounce back offer in your welcome booklet you can always call from your room to find out what the current offer is. From your room the number is 8844. Good luck!

You will have a slim to no chance of booking a BB a week after you have checked out. If you call, let us know how it went. Looking at the current BB, it looks like another Disney step in cutting back offers to their repeat customers:( All hail the mighty $$$$:worship:

The offer clearly states you must still be on property to book- no exceptions (I think this means it must be before 11 pm on your checkout day). Both times I have booked a bounceback they made sure I was still on property.

I called once at 10:30 pm on checkout day and was told that no one who could book that offer was available. Called back the next day and was told could not book. I play it safe now and book well before checkout.

I agree that the bounceback for 2016 is not a great deal. Our package for 2016, with a moderate standard room and FD was $500 more than the same package for 2015.

It could, however, be the best deal available by next summer, so I booked thinking I might cancel if I can get a room only that doesn't require the park hoppers or water park tics. Given how things have been going, discounts are getting worse and harder to come by now. I didn't want to be stuck on hold trying frantically to book a discount when FD is released next year.

I still think BB is a good offer, but the available dates seem to always get smaller and smaller.

It is a decent offer, and possibly better than others that will be offered for 2016. That is why I booked. But it seems to become a worse deal every year- still a deal, but not as good as it used to be. Makes sense. Supply and demand.

We ended up not booking the BB. First reason is that free dining was not a huge benefit for us, we threw away so much food I felt horrible about it. My 10 year old is not a big eater and the adult portions were to much. Second were the dates being so restrictive. We took our kids out of school for this trip and I will probably never do that again. The amount of makeup work we had to do each night was ridiculous. Third, we never park hopped. So that was a waste as well.
We are thinking of going back in December 2016 with whatever room only discount they have, no PH, and pay for our food (maybe get the QS dining).

I'm going in December and was going to look for a bounceback for next year. My question is, are the bounceback offers generally better or the same as other offers you can get from Disney online? There are currently discount room offers on the Disney site that cover through part of April 2016. I can't really figure out what percentage it is, but was wondering if I should book something now or wait to see if I get a bounceback in December. I'm willing to wait if it's usually a better discount deal. Anybody have any thoughts?

As for DP offers, I am never interested--don't like the fact that it includes dessert with the TS meals and not appetizer or salad option.

I'm trying to think this out as well, I'll be there Thanksgiving this year for a week, and hoping to get something on Wine and Dine 1/2 Marathon weekend next year (it's a goal...but really just an excuse to come to Disney.)..those dates are 4-5Nov16. Does anyone know if the race weekends get blocked out? I've never gotten to book a BB b/c we've always stayed at SOG.
Thanks!

Is there always a bounce back offer? I'm going in Feb and a BB would be the perfect excuse to book another trip. DH is adamant that this is our last trip for a while. :/ Also, if a better deal is later posted, can you switch deals?

Is there generally a minimum stay for a BB offer? Like, could we book a weekend trip as long as the dates weren't blackout?
