Bounce Back!!

I had heard it was and that only POFQ was excluded, which it was and we were able to book POR.

Another new thing with this BB on top of the park hopper requirement. POFQ had been excluded from the public free dining offer but included in Bounce Back. If POR is taken out in the future, I probably would stick with the room discount and pay OOP for dining.

We got that same offer (we left on Saturday). I'm so upset that we couldn't use it. My kids will be in school next year on 8/31. It's depressing enough to leave and come back to the real world and on top I couldn't use the free dining offer. That offer would save us a TON.

Taking kids out to start the school year is soooo much easier than taking them out later..my wife is a school teacher here in upstate NY.. school here starts after Labor Day. She hates when kids go on vacation during school year..but she does say if they are going to do that ..its alot easier to catch up after the first week of school ..opposed to any other time of the year..You only live once..let their Disney Experience be part of their education!!!.. Make them write essays ..etc..Disney World is a Huge Learning Experience..take advantage of that!!!

Ours from CBR was in the literature from check in. I didn't get anything in the room before check out. We had to go to the lobby to check out.

Thats bizarre we stayed at CBR also, my wife went thru everything in our room and welcome package..nothing on bounce back..the only reason I know this is because my wife saved our last BB literature and that was 2010, we've gone every year since then..no BB literature..she has our BB literature scrap booking from 08 ,09 and 10..nothing since..so they can hide it anywhere and believe me , we look everywhere!! We have not received any bounce back on paper since 2010. Not sure why because we stay in the same place (POR..CBR) as other people..not a big deal, but would be cool to see an offer instead of just calling 8844 and asking what the BB is..my wife collects BB offers and she hasn't been able to do that since 2010(actual pamphlets)

We took them out when they were smaller. Our school system is okay with them missing five days for an educational trip. Next year my son would be going into 8th and my daughter 5th. I think he'd be okay but she struggles more. HOWEVER, I am contemplating it. One. Last. Time. Free dining is worth it. I'll have to wait for next years calendar and convince the husband they'll be fine.

Maybe we got one because we have NEVER received one before. Maybe they felt bad for us. LOL

I'm guilty of taking a pamphlet from the room, which I feel bad about now. I thought you could call to book the BB at any time, tried at 11 pm the night before we left, of course it was closed. But our ME pick-up was at 4:30 am! I was panicking, thinking we wouldn't get free dining when they opened at 7 am, because we would be at the airport by then (and "checked-out".) So I took the pamphlet and used that number to call from the plane just before we took off, talk about stressful. But now it's not there for the next guests. I should have just copied the number, but wasn't thinking straight that early in the morning!

Yes, everyone staying at a Disney resort (not the campsites though) is entitled to a bounce back offer. I never knew about them until a few years ago. If there is not a brochure in the room, call the extension. By November it should be a discount for selected dates in 2016. If you check on the resorts thread someone may have posted the dates available before you go.

People have successfully booked a bounceback while staying at the campsites. They just cannot book the campsites with the offer.

Staying at CBR now and booked a bounce back. They did NOT require me to get hooper or water park option. I was surprised.

Ignore my last post. I just checked my reservation via email and it does say we have park hopper. The CM asked me if we wanted hopper or water park and I said "no" and she said we can always add it.

Pofq is not included in bounceback. In the fine print it only says villas and aoa lm. We asked for pofq and was told it's not included in bounceback for free dining 2016. We booked riverside in free dining bounceback last week. We phoned again and got same answer- fq not included this year. We did get it past years.

Oh, OK. I have read more than one thread on the DIS that said you couldn't. My mistake!

Extremely unlikely. Bounce backs are typically more generous on the front end than the late summer public dates, and I don't see any reason why they would offer the May 31-June 7 dates to the public.

If there is availability left, yes, you can switch later.

We are staying at BLT on rented points from 10/21 to 10/26. If we don't find the offer in our literature, we can just ask at the front desk or call the # to book?? Sorry, this has probably been covered numerous times, I just feel like it's too good to be true!!!

We are planning to be back at Disney from 6/3/16 to 6/13/16 anyway, and the free dining would be such a money saver for us. Now I am so nervous the deal will not be available when we arrive in October

I'm such a nervous Nelly. I told my Husband, we are gonna book the Bounce Back BEFORE we unpack out suitcases!!!

Just call extension 8844 from the room. The front desk is often clueless about bouncebacks. Lol
