I booked a trip during December with the bounce back promo. There is a chance that my son will be going to a new school that starts the last week of August(that's when we are scheduled to go). Has anyone change their dates and keep the promo?

Guest Services will have to help you. The front line CRO people cannot do this. They'll just tell you no. GS might tell you no too... but if anyone can do it -- it's them.

I actually booked our package back in Dec while we were at AKL. I learned of the promo here on the boards. I booked for August at POR then just changed the dates (leaving few days earlier) about 2 weeks ago. They did it thru central reservations.
What I DID notice was that when I got the NEW paperwork, it now does not say anything about "bounceback" but says the code for the late Aug/free dining.
Not really sure if I need/should call about this, but figured as long as we got the days and the free dining plan we're okay.

I've changed our dates at least four times due to varying school schedules.

I changed the dates and the resorts but the resort change was after the offer was out to the general public so really think they just cancelled my bounce back reservation and made a new one. The first time I called to change the resort I was told I could not do it with the bounce back rate as the rate was no longer in their computer system.
