The Swan isn't a Disney Owned property. It is not Disney, friends. My brother asked the same about Bonnet Creek. Had to let him down

We've stayed at Disney 3 times in the last 4 years and not once have we received any bounce back offers. Not a single time.

You just need to dial 8844 from your room to find out what the offer is. It's available to anyone checked in at a Disney resort.

You have to call & request the offer. Dial 8844 from the resort phone, or use your cell to call the regular phone number provided inside the welcome booklet in your resort room. You have to be proactive with bouncebacks: Disney doesn't really advertise them, but they're always available to resort guests. Your last chance to book one is on the evening of your check-out day.
