How do they do those now? Years ago they were in the invoice folder on your last day. Since those are gone, how do they do that now?

There should be a brochure in your room, and the bounceback should be in the middle of it.

They have been burying the bounce back offers in the Be Our Guest brochure in the welcome packet.

This is the resort information folder that may or may not be in your resort room. If you open the blue booklet you will find the bouncee back offer in the center of the booklet. If the information is missing then you can dial extension 8844 from your resort room phone to reach the bounce back department.
