We are traveling down in August, how likely will it be that there will be a bounce back offer for a trip in April? Historically in August what are the bounce back offers?

BBs for the following year don't usually come out until fall. August is usually FD for August/September the next year. There might be a BB for the rest of 2015 (along with FD for Aug/Sept 2016), but it's unlikely the BB will extend into 2016 that early.
