Is this 5 in the 1 bedroom 2 kids and a baby? Or 3 bigger kids?

You are allowed to book 5 of any age - you could all be adults. But it's only 4 sleeping spaces - a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa.
In addition you can add one infant - child under the age of 3. A pack n' play would be available for them.

Kind of - for some reason got the studio beds in my head after responding to the rest as a 1BR! Fixed it - thanks for pointing that out.

There are different rules for cash though and you would be limited to 4.

Basically: On cash, people expect a bed surface for everyone booked. On points, they figure you gotta know the drill. And if you don't, and show up and complain, they feel a minimum degree of concern to "make it right!" because it's already right.
