What's the difference between these two villas

Copper Creek villas are located within the Wilderness Lodge building and are hotels rooms which were retro-fitted to serve as DVC villas. Boulder Ridge is in its own building and was constructed to be DVC villas from its inception.

The BRV rooms are slated for a long overdue refurbishment and can be quite worn at the present time.
