Boulder Ridge 1 bedroom

We booked 1 bedroom for 5, we are longtime DVC owners but have never stayed there til now.

I was told by 2 different people on the phone when we booked that it also has a pullout chair? I know AKL has one but when I looked BRV had no mention of it.

So my question is does someone here actually know if it has a pullout chair as well as the couch or do I need to make plans to bring a air mattress?

BRV 1-Bedrooms DON'T have a sleeper chair.

It has a chair for sitting. Only the sofa opens up to make a bed. You need to bring an air mattress, plus the bedding for the air mattress. You'll also need a towel for the fifth person since you only get four bath towels in the one bedroom. Or purchase a towel pack from Housekeeping for $6 (just call them to request the towel pack).
