We went to WDW on from 5/20-5/23 and had a great time. While we were there we saw this great Lithograph-sericel for the "Happiest Celebration on Earth" It was a limited edition of 750. We looked at it and since it had a big Tinkerbell on it plus dozens of other characters, we decided to get it for my DD's room.
We were having it shipped home, but they brought it out to check the number and see what number it was for us. When they pulled it out of the box it was number 50 of 750. I saw it and said that was a good low number. Then the woman at the counter said and this is the 50th Anniversary. Both my husband and I looked at each other and we just couldn't believe it.
What were the chances of us, (our luck is never good) to get the one numbered 50 of 750? We said that was perfect. DD (18) will always remember that we visited during the 50th Anniversary Celebration and have this to remember it by.
DH also bought me one of the bugs from the Main Street Electrical Parade. They made these large figures for the Celebration and it really means alot to me. When DD was about 4, we went to DL and at the end of the day sat to watch the MSEP. We were at the hub near the Emporium. During the parade one of these same bugs came up to DD and her friend and kept spinning around in front of her. Then it went off for a minute, but came back to her and spun around again. It kind of leaned down toward her and finally took off. I think I will always remember that. So this little bug is special to me. He lights up and it about 14 inches high. DH said he and DD wanted to get me one for Mother's day but forgot to order it from Disney Direct.

Awesome. Hooray for you. Where did you find that? I was only able to get the lithograph sold in the World of Disney.
