Bought NG merchandise off Ebay

Hi,

Does anyone know how to go about getting reinbursed for merchandise I bought off Ebay that doesn't work? It was a Nintendo Mario Party3 cartridge.

I've contacted the seller and she told me to swab the cartridge with alcohol so I did twice and it still doesn't work. I contacted her 2 days ago and haven't heard anything.

I contacted her again this morning but I was curious to see if she Has to reinburse me for bad merchandise. There must be something there in the rules about what she said in the description of the cartridge and what I received.

I'd follow the advice of our Atlanta friend above. If that doesn't work, my wife has two friends that are SERIOUS Ebay sellers. I'm talking thousands of bucks per month. They buy stuff by the truckload to resell. She told my wife that the last thing they wanted was a negative rating -- they'd rather buy the stuff back than have that happen. You can always threaten to leave negative feedback, but make sure to follow through. Maybe you'll keep someone else from getting shafted.
