Bought at BCV

YES! We finally took the plunge, and purchased at BCV . Now I have to plan out our first visit. I think we're going to try for a trip in August, and another in November...

How much $$ are points at BCV selling for?

BCV is selling for $75/point. We took the $5/point incentive though, instead of the free vacation. That brought it to $70/point. We figured that it would be hard to beat that with a resale once you compute in closing costs, and we know that the PV will appreciate by $10 once BCV goes to $80/point this summer.
