Bottled water

No need to carry a water bottle (and therefor no need to worry about all those nasty BPA chemicals). Just stop by any counter service and ask them for a cup of ice water....they'll serve you a FREE ice cold cup of water. Drink it, toss it and go on about your day without the need to carry something around. Or take it with you and sip while you waltz around the park, your choice.

On tuesday, I asked about this at the counter service place near the princess fantasy faire, and was told they could only give me a cup of ice, and directed me to the nearest drinking fountain to fill it with water.

Fellow Kiwi here...

We bought the big multipack of bottle water and refilled them from the tap as we needed to... Threw them away after a few refills...

We are on tank water so even the town water here tastes bad to us, I would put LA water on a par with Auckland water...

The food was more of a problem for us...

Most counter service places will give you a cup of ice water but that particular place, Troubadour Tavern, doesn't have tap water available, only ice. I think they just don't have a tap set up for doing this.
