Does anyone know if you can order bottled water at table service restaurants? We have adr's for Crystal Palace, Tusker House, Sci Fi and Askerhus. Thanks!

yes you can, but it's the premium bottled water, so it's pricey (not the $2.50 bottle kind they sell in the parks.) Thinking Pellegrino was one of the brands I remember being mentioned...

I was hoping for just the plain bottled water. We don't like the Florida water but with a July trip I want to be sure we are drinking plenty.

the water they serve in the restaurants (tap water) is apparently filtered, because it tastes WAY better than Florida's regular drinking fountains and resort sink water. We usually get ice water along with whatever beverage we order and it's fine.

Most restaurants will filter the tap water and serve that when someone orders "water". It takes out the impurities and improves the taste greatly.

Ordering bottled water usually results in the premium water being served, which is much more expensive.

The PP are correct. I HATE Fla water but can drink the ice water at restaurants with no issue

I am very picky about the taste of my water and always order water in the restuarants and have no issues with the taste.

I can't drink the water in the MK area, I swear they pipe it in from the lagoon

If we are going to CP I grab a bottle of water on the way in. Just can't drink anything there

If we go to an upscale place, we order the bottled water at the table

Dasani's source is usually obtained from the local water facility. So it's likely Florida water, just filtered a bit more.

Sounds about the same as Dasani! :)

(I've been trying to avoid an additive in our local water, so I've been researching bottled waters recently, and I was surprised to read that we've been paying so much for filtered Anaheim water while we we're in Disneyland!)

But your not just paying for the filtered water.

You are paying for the cost of the bottle, the operation of the plant where they do the bottling, the transportation of the bottle, the handling and storage of the bottle at the selling location, as well as the profits for all of the above.

Most restaurants will have a large filtration system which handles all drinkable water. Basically this covers everything other than dishwashing sinks and machines. And so when you get a glass of ice water both the ice and the water are filtered.
