Arts and Crafts Bottlecap Necklaces

I am looking for some help; I would like to make bottle cap necklaces that have different Disney images inside them and I have read a tutorial and have the instructions, but I'm not sure where to find images small enough, or if it will affect the clarity of the images to downsize them a whole ton. The tutorial I found suggested purchasing the images from Etsy, but the whole point for me was to do some fun things for the girls for their trip that doesn't cost much out of pocket, so I was hoping to avoid that if possible. I welcome any tips, pointers or suggestions for this. Thank you!!
