Well if you dont want to go too far... On S. Harbor Blvd attached to the Tropicana, is a late night convenience store which sells alcohol. I am pretty sure you can get some in there. The Tropicana is only a 5 minute walk from the main gate entrance. Here is google map if your not sure where it is. Click the page a few times to zoom in. It will be on the right hand side of Disneyland. You will even see the entrance cross walk.
I have a picture of the wine at the 7eleven at the corner of Harbor and Katella.
I can say for sure there is 26 varieties. Though the only labels I can clearly make out are Lindemans, Sutter Home, Barefoot, Bellas Sera, Cooks? the angle obscures the rest.
They also have a few chilled champagnes and a couple wines in the cooler.
Next door to 7eleven is a ABC market which had a worse selection as did the "Liqour Store" across Harbor by the subway.
Ramada Maingate has wine and beer advertised on and awning but I haven't seen the selection.
Closer to your hotel down Disneyland Dr. and a block west on Katella is a liqour store. I haven't been in it.
A last idea though I don't know the status of this is Magicals could be purchased in DCA. I don't know the details except it had to be carried to the gates by a CM and then taken out of the park.

I think that was only during last year's Food and Wine festival. However, I believe Magicale is also available in the GCH gift shop (although not at $20 a bottle like it was during food and wine!)
WOW!!! What a great response from everyone! Good to know we'll be able to celebrate with ease with the help of everyone's suggestions! A big THANK YOU to all of you!
oh yeah when you stay at the GCH if you buy a drink from the bar in the hotel lobby you are allowed to take it to your room! i know this because my friends stayed once at the GCH and we all got drinks and took them back to the room!
Just so you know OP, Rosa Regale & Magicale are the same thing, Magicale is just the special name it gets at DL. And yes, you can find it at the gift shop in GCH.
Since you'll be staying at the GC, you'll be close to Wonderland Liquor, which is an old-school liquor store (meaning, not a 7-11/convenience store; they do also stock a limited amount of grocery items, but their specialty is liquor/wine/beer...their selection is HUGE & their prices are reasonable).
To get there from the GC, walk down Disneyland Drive towards Katella. Wonderland Liquor is in a small shopping center right next to Best Western Pavilions. They also offer a delivery service, so you can call in your order & they'll bring it to you.
There's also a wonderful Italian restaurant (Marri's) in the same shopping center.
they do not sell it inside the park anymore, that was just a special thing for when the Food and wine festival was going on... the only place you can find it now is the GCH gift shop! which is good to know cause that stuff is soo good! but you will pay like maybe $12 a glass for it inside DCA at the Wine Bar

what i mean by they dont sell magicale in the park anymore is they do not sell the bottle in the park, just at the GCH gift shop.. sorry for any confusion.. the bottle selling in the park was just for the F&W festival...
