Any tips for visiting Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon on the same day? Here's my ideas/questions but have not been there since 2011 so not sure if anything is different now. Thanks!

Is this trying to do too much in 1 day? We thought our last visit to Blizzard Beach would be a few hours but we were there near all day, counting lunch. But this time, we will skip the wave pools and just do slides and the lazy river. Our other option is to go to a park in the early morning (HS or AK), then water park, then relax and freshen up at resort, then out to a park for the evening. And do that 2 different days.

How do I travel between the water parks? If I remember correctly, Disney buses do not go from one to the other. Do I have to transfer at a resort? Are taxis ever available at the water parks?

If I pay for a locker at one water park, I can use a locker for no additional charge at any other park (water park or MK, AK, HS)?

We want to avoid having to change clothes. So, will wear quick dry shorts. Will have towels and not be dripping wet (I remember the Disney buses can be cold from a lot of air conditioning). Maybe a sweatshirt?

I think your idea of half day in a park, half in a water park, twice, is best. Especially if it's hot when you go. I think you'll enjoy the second water park more that way.

I don't think the locker rental would transfer. Also, you probably know this, but you can't "water park hop," so you'd be using two admissions if you went from one water park to the next, just like you'll need one park ticket and one water park ticket if you split that way. Of course, you may have some AP or something that makes that irrelevant. Just wanted to mention.

I'm sure someone will be along shortly that can tell you the best combo for one day that would minimize your travel hassle.

We love both WP, so it should be fun!!!

If we add the watermark fun and more option (we already plan to park hop) we will have plenty of credits for the watermarks to use (will not do any other things included with wpf and more). So using 2 in 1 day is no problem.

I think we could easily spend more time than planned at a water park. That's what happened last year. DS loves water slides. And I remember being tired after too.

I did find some information that the locker fee only has to be paid one time if using a locker at other parks in the same day.

Well, the way they've lumped the description with the park lockers, you may be right! Although since I bought a small waterproof camera, we don't even bother with a locker. But we usually drive and lock our wallets in the console of the car.

For some reason I think you can only use 1 WPF&M credit per person per day. I may be wrong, but you might want to check on that.

No, there's no restriction to visiting both waterparks on the same day. It is pointed out that this will use 2 waterpark credits. (For Mini Golf, you can't use credits to play at the same place twice in one day, but you could play Mini Golf once at each of the 2 places in one day, using 2 credits.)

That's a good question regarding water park lockers. I know about being allowed to switch lockers between the main theme parks. This is the first time I have read about switching lockers between the water parks. I honestly don't know if the allowance is given, same as at the theme parks. I guess you might have to ask at the water park entrance.
