Borrowing/Use Year

It always sounds simple but with a use year of December I always get confused. This December I will have 50 new points left to use in 2007. Once I enter another use year can I now borrow from December 2007's points?

You can borrow 2007 points for a stay between 12/1/06 and 11/30/07. The date you can make a reservation is based on the 7/11 months before check-out, you don't have to wait until 12/06.

That's what I was hoping. So I can use my 50 points that are available 12/1/2006 and borrow from 2007 for a reservation at my home resort, VWL, for Christmas 2006...Correct? If so, yeahhhhh!

I put in an online request earlier, I should have thought of it at 11 months out but I'm willing to be waitlisted if necessary.
