I am in a Feb 08 UY. Can I borrow 2010 points for a summer 2009 trip in a few months when I hit the 11 month window for summer 09 bookings?

Borrowing is always based on the vacation date, not the date you make the reservation. Any vacation you are able to reserve at 11 months will give you the opportunity to borrow from the appropriate year as needed.
