Borrowing Points Question

I have already used my points for use year beginning February 2006. I'd like to reserve a cruise for March 2007, using my 2007 points, but I'm short of the total needed. Can I borrow from 2008 for a trip in March 2007 that I'm reserving now?

Yes, since March, 2007 is within your March '07 Use Year, you may borrow from your 2008 UY points to make the reservation. (If the cruise was in January, 2007 - you couldn't borrow from 2008 only from 2007.)

Actually, for this situation, the points would have to be IN the 2007 use year for you to reserve as I understand the rules MS uses.
