Borrowing points - question about using if have to cancel

I should know the answer to this but can't remember. If I borrow points from my March 2017 use year for a trip this November and then have to cancel, when do I have to use the points by - February 28 or March 31?

You have to complete your stay by February 28, 2017.

Actually, you need to complete your stay by March 1st. Your points are valid for the last night in February, which gets you to the first day in March.
