Borrowing dilemma

This is the first time this has come up and I think we're stuck.

Our use year is April. In the '06 u.y. I have 104 points left. I want to make a reservation in March that requires 114 points. Can I borrow 10 points from '07 and put them into the '06 year for the reservation?

I don't think so. You would have to wait until April 1, '06 to borrow '07 points.

However, you could rent 10 points from another member and have them transfer them to your account. Just be sure they're the right use year.

Just agreeing with Jim. You cannot borrow more than one use year ahead.

If you mean that the reservation will be for March, 2006- then you will not be able to borrow from April, 2007. If you mean that, this March, you want to make a reservation for a date between April 1, 2006 and March 31, 2007 then YES, you can borrow from your 07 Use Year to use with the remianing points in your 06 Use Year for that reservation.

As noted, we are allowed to borrow from the Use Year following the date of the reservation you wish to make.
