Borrowing 2 years of points

I do not have any 2013 or 2014 points left DD and I would like to take our very dear friends to disney for NYE 2014. I know that I could borrow 2015 points for the last week of December. If we then stayed into January 2015 for a week could we then borrow from our 2016 points to cover that week. If it makes any difference my use year is Febuary and DD is March. Yep I know I need more points Plan on doing resale but not even going to start looking until December this year so no way those points would be available in time so trying to make do with what we already will have. If you are referring to NYE2014 as December 2013 into January 2014, then I do no think you would even be able to borrow against your February 2015 UY points. When you borrow, they move into the previuos UY (month and year). So if you borrow against Feb 2015 UY, your reservation would have to start on or after Feb 2014.

Now, if you are talking about NYE2014 as Dec 14 into Jan 14, then you could borrow against the Feb 2015 UY and / or the Mar 2015 UY. But you would stil not be able to use 2016 points.

Your Feb 2013 points are good from Feb 1, 2013 until Jan 31, 2014. Your Feb 2014 points are good from Feb 1, 2104 until Jan 31, 2015. You could borrow points from Feb 2015 to book a stay in your Feb 2014 UY (which NYE 2014 would be Feb 2014 UY). You could not borrow any points from Feb 2016 until you booked a trip from Feb 1, 2015 through Jan 31, 2016.

Calendar year has nothing to do with when you can borrow points.

Thanks... That is the info I was looking for and what i was thinking but hoping I was wrong
