Borrowed Points/Use Year ?

Yet another Use Year ?
We are in the process of closing on a SSR resale.
It has a December Use Year. 26 points that have been borrowed from 2009 points are transferring to us (Along with the other 124 2009 points)....
My question is this: Am I correct in thinking that I can use those 26 points, but they have to be used by November 30th of this year?
Was thinking we could go to HH for a night since we are in NC.
(Of course, if we can get something available at this point!)

yes. the 26 borrowed pts will expire if not used before the end of november 2009.

(and HHI in the offseason is a good idea...)
