Borrowed points put back yet??

I called to cancel an early May trip yesterday. My UY is August so my deadline for banking was March 31. I used 2019 points and borrowed from 2020. I was told it would take 30 days to unborrow my points.

I logged in today and all my points are there in 2020...don’t know if some CM understand the form they have to fill out better.

I just did chat and she told me 30 days but then asked if I was planning to use them soon, I told her I wanted to get Oct booked quickly so she said if I was willing to give her time, she’d get it down. I was like YES! 10 minutes later all put back and October booked!
