Borrow from UY 2013 when still in UY 2011?

Hi, I'm still in UY 2011 (until December), and I have no UY 2012 points left (already borrowed). If UY 2013 is already showing up online, can I borrow from UY 2013 for next January NOW (while still in UY 2011), or do I have to wait till December, when I'm in UY 2012? Im wanting to use some points to stay a couple of days next January after our cruise....but I'm afraid nothing will be available if we have to wait till our 2012 UY.

If you have a Nov UY, you can borrow those 2013 points for stays from Nov 1, 2012 through Oct 31, 2013.

All points use is based on date of stay, not when you make the reservation. So you look at the use year that the date of stay is in, those would be considered current use year and you can borrow the following use year or use banked from the previous use year.
